That’s why selected HSB-beta® and HSB-delta® sizes are now available with a cover band made of 1.4310 stainless spring steel.
The steel cover band is especially suited for cleanroom and ATEX applications. It is resistant to environmental influences and high temperatures, electrically conductive and designed for long lasting use with low wear. It can be installed horizontally, vertically or overhead.
Speeds of up to 5 m/s are possible.
