The HSB-beta® ARS-ASS-variants are often used as a vertical axis. The carriage with the drive remains still as the profile tube travels vertically. This often also requires grippers/devices to
be rotated as well.
This can be achieved easily using our rotary feedthrough.
The rotary axis is fed through a hollow chamber in the profile. This can be designed as solid or hollow shaft.
The drive usually takes the form of a deflection belt drive (allowing a media flow through the
hollow shaft) or a drive motor attached via a motor mounting. The gripper or device can then
be screwed onto the adapter plate.
