At HSB Automation GmbH, we have been developing and producing linear modules since 1995.
We develop, design and produce all our products exclusively in-house.

 

 

Mechanical linear drives HSB-beta®

Our HSB-beta® type mechanical linear drives are currently available in 11 different sizes,
featuring various drive types (toothed belt/screw) and guide systems (roller guide/ball guiding
rail) and supplied with or without a cover band system.

Compact modules HSB-delta®

Our HSB-delta® type compact modules are currently available in 5 different sizes, featuring various drive types (toothed belt/screw) and guide systems (roller guide/ball guiding rail) and supplied with or without a cover band system. A characteristic feature is the wide and flat design with a mechanically finished aluminium profile.

Linear tables HSB-alpha®

Our HSB-alpha® type linear tables are currently available in 4 different sizes. Together with our screw drives and ball guiding rails featuring generous dimensions, the proven and robust design ensures the production of precise and high-resistance components.

Portal linear drives HSB-gamma®

Our stable HSB-gamma® type portal linear drives are currently available in 5 different sizes. Together with our precise ball guiding rails, closed hollow chamber profiles ensure maximum rigidity and accuracy. Toothed belt drives or rack-and-pinion drives are used depending on the application. The modular system design enables the straightforward combination of various types of linear drive.

Portal linear drives HSB-sigma®

Our lightweight HSB-sigma® type portal linear drives are currently available in 4 different sizes. Together with our smooth roller guide and various toothed belt drives, closed hollow chamber profiles offer an ideal combination for light to medium loads.

Ball screws HSB-kgt®

Our HSB-kgt® ball screws are currently available with the nominal diameters KGT 12, 16, 20, 25 and 32. Ball screws serve as the drive element in many of our products. The main requirements in terms of linear technology are optimum running performance and high speeds combined with compact nut dimensions.
